   Sukhoi Superjet 100 (in Russian: Сухой Суперджет 100) is a modern twin-engine regional jet airliner with a capacity from 87 to 108 passenger seats, depending on the configuration. This is the first Russian project to develop airliners for HA since the collapse of the Soviet Union. The development was started in 2000 by the Sukhoi Design Bureau, a division of the Russian Civil Aerospace Company (UAC), in cooperation with several foreign partners.
   The first flight was made on May 19, 2008. On April 21, 2011, Superjet 100 carried out its first commercial passenger flight by Armavia Airline (this livery is in the archive) on the Yerevan - Moscow route. And on October 5, 2015, the assembly and testing of the hundredth Sukhoi Superjet-100 aircraft was completed in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Read an article on this topic on our website.
